Description & Qualifications


UKG is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its world class engineering team to work with cutting-edge technology. This role is part of a Full-Stack team and requires an engineer with a passion for software development. You will play a key role in the development of our SaaS offering, in a highly collaborative, agile environment. This role provides the opportunity to:

• Develop cloud native SAAS products /applications
• Work with state-of-the-art Cloud technologies
• Build software applications and deliver business solutions using knowledge of programming languages and delivery platforms
• Develop support, maintain, and implement complex components of a project module
• Work as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/ guidance
• Participate in the writing technical documents (functional specifications, design documents, etc.) as required
• Use and contribute to the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process (CI/CD).
• Contribute to the suite of automated testing
• Work on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming



• 4 + years of hands-on development experience
• Experience on cloud native SAAS products /applications
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JS and Angular/Vue/React
• Backend development experience preferred
• Strong hands on experience with Java, C#, Kotlin, Go or Javascript
• Experience in Object-oriented analysis, design and programming, and database modeling
• Run queries against databases: Mongo and SQL
• Experience in Unit Testing
• Excellent Debugging / Troubleshooting skills
• Team player and communication skills - a must!
