Description & Qualifications


UKG Success Care is our customer care program that focuses on building a strong foundation of knowledge and setting the customer up for success, early on in their journey.

The Senior Success Care Advisor plays a critical role in the onboarding of new customers. They deliver technical content in both 1:1 and group environments. With a focus on workflows and best practices, the Advisor helps build customer confidence and drives the adoption of the UKG product and it’s features. As a customer-facing role, the Advisor is someone who excels and is excited by helping customers get the most out of their products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver live group presentations to customers cohorts on various topics, working to improve customer’s understanding of the product
• Utilize UKG product knowledge and technical capabilities to provide optimum solutions to customer’s unique needs in a direct 1:1 setting
• Research and answer “take-away” technical questions that arise during customer sessions
• Participate as a panelist during live group sessions, addressing customer questions
• Manage the status of SuccessCare engagements for your assigned accounts, ensuring the account team has visibility into the engagement
• Provide internal feedback on what and how we deliver, with the intent of continually improving our value to the customer
• Assist in creating content that could be consumed in various ways (live, recorded, demo, presentation, etc.)
• Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels, internally and externally
• Continue to learn and expand knowledge on UKG products


Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related industry, or within customer-experience organization
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of UKG Ready Product
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience
• 1+ years utilizing Zoom platform

Preferred Qualifications:
• 4-year college degree
• Prior experience in a customer-facing training role
• Prior experience in content creation
• Proven record with successful goals, in regard to retention and customer satisfaction
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to distill and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Ability to work independently with direction
• Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail needed
• Smartsheet experience and powerBI is a plus

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $44,400 to $63,850, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $50,025 to $71,990 per year.
