We are looking for a people-focused, process-driven person to implement and manage highly visible Talent Development programs for our 13,000 U Krewers across the globe.

The Senior Talent Development Consultant will serve as a key team member in the development and execution of talent processes and programs, initially focused on Performance Management and Rewards & Recognition. In this role, you will own the tools, processes, and technologies that support these programs and serve as a front-line liaison assisting employees, leaders, and HRBPs across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively executes talent programs and processes – developing and managing timelines, communications, training, and resources/job aids
• Manages program operations, including reporting, analytics, and metrics
• Consults with the business to understand needs and recommend solutions on customized offerings
• Serves as subject matter expert on tools/applications and maintains positive working relationships with vendors
• Partners with HR Technology and vendors to optimize user experience
• Continually seeks to improve and optimize talent programs and processes


Required Qualifications:
• Experience supporting talent development and talent management programs, including creation of resources (presentations, training, communications, job aids, etc.)
• Experience managing HR systems/technology
• Exceptional project and program management skills
• Demonstrates creative problem-solving and analytical skills
• Record of flexibility and learning agility
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Track record of focus on the customer and employee experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• BA or BS degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or other relevant field
• Experience supporting performance management and recognition programs, and/or other employee experience and engagement areas
