The HCM Foundations team is looking for an experienced and versatile technical business analyst to help deliver innovative solutions for UKG’s customers. In this role, you will work with a highly skilled, diverse group of people across the company to address our biggest business and technology challenges. This position will be part of a team responsible for legacy technology products and services. The primary goal of this role is to work with Product, Engineering, and internal stakeholder teams to define and refine Backend technical features and requirements needed to migrate to modern technology stacks.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a technical business analyst or a product business analyst at a technology-driven organization working with Product, Engineering, and internal stakeholder teams to define and refine Backend technical features and requirements.
• You have experience with defining requirements for and/or building enterprise class software systems
• Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban

Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a computer science or business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven strong track record of shaping and executing on features with tight collaboration with Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and can comfortably talk about technical concepts and break them down in order to communicate with a wider audience
• Demonstrated ability to be committed to collaboration, problem solving and can work well with others across business units to build iterative solutions that continuously deliver value
• Demonstrated history of listening to customers, understanding their needs and creating improvements to meet those needs
