The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving project execution for UKG Dimensions, the leader in global workforce management solutions. Housed within our Software Development Programs group, this project professional will lead multiple service/functional projects and/or global initiatives, working closely with Engineering Directors, Service Delivery and Product Management Leads, Architects, and other functions to develop and deliver roadmap commitments and engineering initiatives that support an exceptional experience for our internal and external customers.

In support of our culture, we are adopting a hybrid working model that offers a mixed work schedule of part on site and part from home. This role will be connected to our office in Lowell MA.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Ability to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results
• Partner closely with stakeholders in Cloud Operations, Development, QA, Product Management, and Architecture to ensure the success of their project/initiatives
• Creates and delivers presentations, develop, and deliver communications to cross-functional audiences both internally and externally
• Develop and manage plans for all aspects of their Program(s) within a service teams’ – including functional and non-functional requirements, customer support, and operations enablement
• Make recommendations to Senior Service/Functional Leadership to ensure successful delivery of programs
• Communicate and plan change management activities involving scope, schedule, etc.
• Understand and drive agile/scrum best practices into the organization
• Identifies, develops, and leverages tools and metrics to drive project management success
• Participates in on-going retrospection to foster continuous improvement

• 3-5+ years of project management experience
• Experience in Cloud/SaaS-based software implementation and/or development
• Solid understanding and usage of project management best practices as well as software development lifecycle, including cross-functional support activities

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification a plus
• Knowledge of agile/scrum and the ability to work within an agile environment
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
