The UKG Global Alliances team is looking for an experienced Senior Technology Partnership Manager. They will drive the success of our partnerships through technical integration oversight. Technology Partnership Managers are the primary partner technical resource for both partners and sales teams.
The Technology Partnership Managers are a critical piece of the field team, ensuring success via partner technical sales enablement, integrations, and recommendations. The right candidate will act as the liaison between both our internal and external development teams, to ensure successful technical integrations between partners and UKG solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review partner technical specifications to align them with UKG API and technical documentation and determine the fit/ feasibility of a successful integration.
• Assist product teams in reviewing, creating, and updating technical documentation and API guides.
• Drive the API roadmap and prioritization of partner APIs within the overall product roadmap.
• Manage partner integration support calls and provide ongoing partner technical support including provisioning testing environments, responding to partner questions and support requests, and managing ongoing release support of integrations once live.
• Act as a subject matter expert on both standard and custom 3rd party integrations to partners, customers, and UKG team members.
• Provide internal support to our sales and ERM teams on the details of our partner integrations.
• Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving technical issues.
• Help set and drive product strategy with key partners.
• Define partnership requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance, aggregate feedback, and explore new strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal skills conducive to collaboration with both internal and external partners.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to remain objective and identify options to challenging scenarios. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
• Unwavering dedication to making the right decisions to benefit UKG and our customers.
• Ability to stay organized and analytical and drive successful technical integrations via creative and adaptive approaches in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members.
• Established experience with Human Capital Management/ Workforce Management Systems – ideally UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and or UKG Dimensions
• Experience with Benefits/ Payroll- Certified Payroll Professional

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
• 3+ years alliances and/or integration experience, HCM/ WFM industry experience preferred.

Travel Requirements:
• 20% of the time
• Must be able to travel to partner events, UKG conference events, and other team related activities.
