Description

The Services Partner Relationship Manager manages the services components of UKG partnership, including practice development, project an of performance with the assigned partner organizations.
Responsibilities
• Provide support & guidance to Partner to build out their practice based on UKG growth model
• Responsible for building and maintaining the UKG Services relationship with the partner organization throughout the Partner lifecycle.
• Participate in development of annual business plans for assigned partner to ensure alignment with UKG strategic goals
• Establish and implement new strategic initiatives for partner, in collaboration with several cross functional teams
• Provide service inputs and guidance in the development of joint go to market plays with assigned partner
• Reinforce PS Partner Program and tailor for partner-specific needs to drive and ensure service delivery quality
• Manage quality around service delivery standards & performance
• Drive accountability of standard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop performance remediation plan as necessary
• Conduct Business Reviews on a regular cadence using KPIs to review state of the business
• Enforce certification of partner resource agreement and outcomes
• Contribute to the prioritization of remedial and mitigating actions for any misalignment of strategic goals
• Ensure ongoing alignment between Sales and Services strategy around partner engagement
• Identify areas for people development to ensure partner growth strategy and skillset meets the UKG strategy for growth
• Acts as conduit between Partner organization and UKG services team.

Experience
• 8 plus years of partner program work experience.
• Ability to understand and articulate performance management data and derive solutions Business intelligence tools, including complex financial, operational, and related reports
• Strong experience scheduling, preparing presentations and status reports.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks ranging from account management to coaching team members.
• Cross-functional knowledge and interdependencies relative to programs and associated projects
• Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects, checkpoints, and partner priorities simultaneously
• Ability to understand and articulate performance management data and derive solutions
• Experience working with Workforce Dimensions / HCM product(preferred)
• Cloud based Software delivery/implementation processes
• Project management experience (preferred)
Knowledge
• Will have clear subject matter expertise in delivering major projects and/or programs of similar complexity and size.
• Broad knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Time & Labor management, or similar domain knowledge.
• Ability to focus on data detail with an understanding of how it impacts holistic strategies
• Understanding of newco product offerings
• Knowledge of project methodology to ensure alignment with UKG resource management staffing strategy

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Business Administration, Technology, or related field
• Certifications in Program or Project Management (desired)
