The Partner Admin is responsible for supporting Professional Services in all administrative aspects of third-party staffing.

The person in this role will work in close collaboration with the Partner Operations Manager, Resource Managers/Analysts, Professional Services leaders and with project managers, to engage third party resources, create and revise partner scope statements, request purchase orders, assign resources to projects, and reconcile partner invoices. Effective administration of partner processes is critical to ensuring accurate revenue and expense results, so strong attention to detail, accuracy and effective communication skills will be very important. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate all activities related to partner scope statements, including working with Sales, practice management and project owners, signing off on scope statements and obtaining partner signatures.
• Work with Service Operations Specialists, IT, and Resource Deployment Specialists on third-party resource and task setup in OpenAir.
• Work with Resource Managers/Analysts, partner contacts and project owners on staff augmentation requests and assignments, including soliciting scope statement requests from project owners, creating scope statements, and communicating with vendors regarding scope statement questions and revisions.
• Submit requests for partner resources to have access to internal systems. Communicate with vendors to collect information and submit requests to internal help desk.
• Request and track purchase orders associated with PS Services includes Service Operations for any partner engagements.
• Process third-party invoices to reconcile hours against PSA system, notate time entries approved for payment, and forward invoice approvals to Accounts Payable department.
• Assist Project Ops Specialist/PM on Time entry reversals for U Krew and Partner time entries.
• Monitor and asses Assigned v/s Logged hours for partner resources and work with PM's/Partner admin for extension to ensure we have commercial cover in place to pay the partner.
• Monitor and asses Charged hours for partner resources and work with PM's/Partner admi/ Project Ops Specialist for extension to ensure we have commercial cover in place to pay the partner.
• Use internal systems to collect and analyze relevant data on partner engagements and time records.
• Interpret sales orders and statements of work in order to discern products sold, project roles, hours and delivery model.
• Review Audit Reports (Partners) TDW , incorrect assignments, Time reversal Audit reports for partners and work on a communication strategy, notifying all the dependent teams ( Finance, Partners as the data impacts them )
• Perform system updates and produce reports as required.

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Attend team calls and meetings as requested, be flexible to support different TZ when/where required, Primary working hours 11.30AM - 8.30PM


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Business, Computer Sciences, or related field with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience.
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented, strong multi-tasker
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external partners, peers, and managers.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, Set High standards, and open to learning.

• Intermediate to advanced skill using Microsoft Office product
