As a member of our Employer Services team, the Principal Services Portfolio Manager will play an important part in Defining, scoping, pricing, and optimizing the service products through analysis and understanding of market trends, current and new offerings, customer needs, and the competitive environment.

- Report on current state, be able to provide leadership with actions/initiatives for desired state
- Create cases, timelines, flowcharts, customer journey maps
- Provide measurable financial/success metrics
- Assess risk factors
- Assist in business case development, financial analysis, offering positioning, and offering development
- Responsible for developing service product strategic models and work with internal stakeholders to advocate for projects designed to address customer needs and/or expand market share
- Apply broad knowledge of company strategy within depth analysis of service products and the delivery to help bring new and/or enhanced offerings to market
Work closely with sales, marketing, technology, and services teams to develop and communicate service product positioning for launch, delivery, and support.


- Educated to degree level, or equivalent
- Demonstrate working knowledge of payroll processes, payroll software and cash management systems
- Understanding of both internal accounting and customer accounting
- 3+ years’ experience with financial systems service delivery including but not limited to accounting, treasury, payments, collections, reconciliation, and credit monitoring services preferred
- 2+ years’ experience with HCM, Payroll, Employment Taxes or similar products and the HCM industry.
- Experience in all aspects of Service Process Modelling.
- An understanding of all the costs associated with Services offering, commercial models, payment strategies and service definition techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent team working skills

- Project and/or program management certification or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience with global HR / Payroll service operations preferred
