The role of Lead Services Enablement Manager, Release Planning is responsible for structuring and executing programs and activities that support the goals and strategic direction of the Global Delivery Services organization. In this role, you will work across the teams in Field Enablement, as well as cross-functionally, to develop, deliver and report on programs that are integral to our strategic goals and objectives. You will be accountable for the overall program, timeline, delivery, and identified success measures. This role also includes the occasional support of short-term projects, as needed. This is a remote based role.

• Review, coordinate, and track release features and deliverables
• Coordinate and facilitate regular webinars and RISE events
• Be the SME for GDS and Cross Functional teams as it pertains to knowledge of release collateral status and delivery
• Draft regular communications keeping Services teams and Leadership informed of release status, issues, knowledge collateral and all relevant information regarding release activity
• Maintain awareness of industry standards, business needs, and best-known methods to continuously improve our processes
• Short-term initiative management, stemming from Cross-Functional involvement.
• Understand and manage programs, including reporting on status and success.
• Manage, track and report project activities.
• Work cross-functionally to influence and engage key resources and stakeholders to contribute to the success of the program.
• Create and manage the project lifecycle to ensure alignment to and achievement of long-term goals.
• Engage with Leadership across Field Enablement to determine the processes and procedures needed to effectively manage the program.
• Evaluate program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and development of comprehensive implementation plans, working with other program managers, functional leaders and business partners to ensure program success.
• Meet with stakeholders and constituents to communicate project status, issues and decisions.
• Analyze program risks and mitigate or escalate them as required.
• Serve as escalation point for all Field Enablement resources supporting the program.


• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills
• Ability to understand program objectives, including business and strategic goals and alignment with in-progress within Field Enablement and cross-functionally
• Ability to react quickly to new and unexpected requirements in need of response
• Strategic short term, long term vision and execution capabilities
• Influential with cross-functional partners on behalf of Delivery Services preferred
• Knowledge of UKG solutions, technology, and deployment methodology
• Proven experience in program management, including stakeholder management skills
• Ability to assemble teams of key subject matter experts quickly
• Process-oriented with process documentation experience
• Change Management experience a plus
• Proven experience managing a team of non-direct reports, and the ability to work with a wide range of experience and expertise
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
• Experience with SmartSheet for program and project management
