UKG Services Strategy team is recruiting a Services Enablement Program Manager to join our Services Enablement team.

In this role, you will partner with product, key service and support stakeholders, and enablement partners across the organization to promote employee enablement best practices focused on the alignment of people, process and technologies, allowing our operational teams to better serve customers.

Job Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)

-Oversee the framework through which operational teams are enabled for new and existing product offerings, synthesizing impacts, communicating these across teams and back to product teams; quarterback enablement activities, including new process development and risk mitigation, and the go no go decision from Services

-Establish relationships across the product organization in order to proactively understand upcoming product solutions

-Serve as a key contact between product, enablement partners and functional teams

-Raise awareness of new product and development releases and initiatives and drive discussion on how they impact various functional teams (including Global Delivery and Support)

-Liaise with business SMEs to understand impacts, solicit feedback, drive process change, and advocate on their behalf

-Establish metrics that provide visibility into enablement health and support decision making across functional teams

-Support the prioritization, selection and execution of enablement opportunities and best practices

-Collaborate in prioritizing roadmap work of enablement opportunities, and in maintaining an enablement playbook

-Execute the existing enablement communications strategy, inclusive of goals and methods for communicating changes along with the key messaging by target audience

-Serve as process owner for the collection of insights that drives the identification of key enablement opportunities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Skills:


-Significant experience working with product organizations (in a technical environment); including an understanding of common product lingo, product development cycles, and ability to bridge gaps between technical and non technical teams

-Proactive nature, with strong program/project management, organizational and prioritization skills

-Proven ability to balance big-picture thinking with daily details and deliverables, and manage multiple priorities/engagements simultaneously

-Strong team player, capable of working across all levels of the organization, leading and influencing cross-functional teams toward an effective and collaborative outcome

-Proven ability to build senior-level relationships, and to influence decision-making

-Clear and succinct communicator, able to enforce a standard process for decision making, and alter messaging based on audience

-Strategic, innovative, holistic thinker, committed to improving the employee and customer experience

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

-Experience with Ultimate Kronos Group product suite

-5+ years enablement and/or change management experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS company

-8+ years cumulative professional experience

-Broad delivery service and/or support operations institutional knowledge or the capability to learn quickly the various services organizations, their process, and requirements

Education/Certification/License:

-Change management certification or designation desired (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)

-Experience in strategy, planning, testing and release readiness
