Description & Qualifications

Description

•Manage outgoing communications including key initiatives, monthly objectives, customer success stories, video production, CAB events, distribution lists, and social media posts.
•Utilize data to help the team drive insights through the creation and maintenance of monthly communications metrics and analysis reports.
•Organize projects and activities in accordance with the strategy and goals.
•Maintain and update news content for our internal SharePoint site and UKG today site.
•Contribute to project planning, schedules, and tracking documents for various communications projects, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely production and delivery of communications deliverables.
•Assist across the team as needed with internal communications needs.
•Provide creative thinking and best practices that help the team excel in communications.

Qualifications

•3-5 years of related experience in communications, with a focus on communications strategy, planning, and operations.
•Understanding of communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results.
•Strong writing and project management skills.
•Team oriented approach with ability to work virtually, take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet expectations and deadlines across multiple projects.
•Flexibility and adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities.
•Superior Microsoft Office skills. (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
•Experience with data analytics analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation with programs such as PowerBI, Cognos, and Tableau is a plus.
•Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English or related business field.
•Travel up to 10% is required for this role.
