Description

We are looking for a strong Project Manager to join our Retail & Hospitality vertical in the professional services team.

 

With a proven background in managing large projects with Time & Attendance, Scheduling, HCM or Payroll Software solutions in a retail environment, you will have the breadth of experience in dealing with large enterprise clients and implementing solutions in a retail environment.

 

You will be responsible for managing all assigned Workforce Management implementation projects including complex projects in complex environments.  

 

You will be the focal point for all client communications and will efficiently project manage the customer and internal UKG resources to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates.

 

Key to this role is excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in addition to well-disciplined project management capabilities.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role you will bring:
•    Proven successful Program/Project Manager experience 5+ Years in large Retail Enterprise environments  
•    Project Management experience managing Workforce Management related projects   
•    Well-rounded commercial astuteness 
•    Highly developed stakeholder management expertise 
•    Excellent customer service skills 
•    Versatile, flexible and can work in high-pressure environments   
•    Highly developed prioritization and issue management skills 
•    Ability to lead in a team environment and work autonomously
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Project Management experience in either a Tier 1 Consulting house or ASX Top 200 organization desirable
