UKG is looking for a Technical SRE Manager who can lead our SRE practices and
advance our capabilities in observability, scalability, serviceability and incident
management. In this role, you will build and lead a cross-functional team responsible for:

• Hire, mentor and support the professional, technical and personal growth of team
members. Help develop their career path by assigning projects tailored to their strengths and wishes

• The availability, reliability and operational efficiency of the existing suite of foundational
products that support 25,000+ customers in a multi-tenant hybrid SaaS infrastructure 

• provide subject matter expertise in the development of next generation of products,
and facilitate productive and positive team communication and collaboration.

• Periodic after-hours on-call support for your team

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders
Responsible for meeting the uptime SLA and successful delivery of SRE projects


• working with technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, OpenStack, Kafka, Ansible and Lean-Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing iterative development to a multi-cloud environment (private, public)
• Experience with the delivery of scalable services and all-things related to modern
development and testing
• Prior software development & testing experience is a big plus
