The Custom Maintenance team within Development Experience organization is looking for an individual with strong problem solving abilities and people skills. This position will be a hybrid between resolving technical issues for customers, developing internal tools and working on clients upgrade events to ensure customers’ needs are satisfied. This position is focused on driving overall resolution of customer-impacting technology issues by both independently resolving technical issues and working with other groups outside of the team to drive overall customer satisfaction.


• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator who works well in a team setting
• Combination of business and technical background
• Ability to write code and test your own work

Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of full stack web development, object-oriented programming and REST APIs
o C#, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
o MySql/MSSQL Database, Entity Framework
• Experience with advanced SQL functions such as complex stored procedures, triggers, scheduled jobs, indexing, and profiling
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as TeamCity, Concourse, GitHub actions
• Experience with source code repository experience using Git or similar tools
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Experience developing software within an Agile or Lean methodology
• Knowledge of containerization technology like Docker
• Knowledge of Public Cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure)
