Description & Qualifications


The Software Engineer will develop innovative data solutions utilizing a variety of database tools and open stack development which provides analysis, reporting and integration solutions. You will be responsible for database development, BI development, ETL development, API data integration, ETL quality, alerting, and initial database related security.

Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
• Investigate problem areas
• Follows the software development lifecycle
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
• Mentor and educate technical and non-technical business users and peers regarding best practices and tools
• Perform comprehensive app/tool reviews and give constructive feedback based on findings
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting skills to assist in resolving errors and performance issues
• Learn and implement new and emerging technologies


Required Qualifications:
• Experienced Full stack developer including one or more programming languages (JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, C#)
Intermediate experience using Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Visual Studio
• Experience using data warehouse development, integration, analysis, and reporting tools.
• Self-starter who seeks out work rather than wait for work to be delivered
• Experience with large ERP solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with UiPath or similar RPA Engine
• Machine Learning Experience -AI, NN, ML
• 1+ years tax or related knowledge, accounting/financial applications, and principles
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related discipline
• Broad range of knowledge across MongoDB, Big Data, Azure, Data Vault, Power BI, and other emerging technologies
