Description & Requirements


The Solution Consultant is responsible for implementing UKG Workforce Management Solutions for our Healthcare customers primarily in the Northeast Region. As a Solution Consultant, you will sculpt the design of the Scheduling application and utilize the defined implementation processes to meet the established milestones and targeted completion dates. You will be viewed as a trusted adviser for Workforce Management within the Healthcare vertical (Acute, Post-Acute, Sub-acute & Ancillary Healthcare) You will also work in a team environment at customer sites to implement and support products that UKG sells to its customers, and will work closely with the UKG Project Managers to complete delegated tasks toward completing system implementations.

• Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments
• Perform business process analysis
• Configure software applications
• Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors
• Provide knowledge transfer for customers
• Analyze enhanced requirements and feature specifications
• Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures


• Working experience in a healthcare environment and with scheduling applications
• Cloud & On-Premise Software applications implementation experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have domain knowledge of Workforce Management
• Flexibility to travel as needed up to 50%
• Broad knowledge of labor management, Scheduling and Staffing, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems\
• Bachelor’s Degree
