As a Talent Consultant, you will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on providing functional solutions to meet the needs of our clients. A strong Recruiting or Human Resource background is preferred.
Talent Consultants coordinate and perform the full lifecycle of a client’s launch while interacting closely with the client to meet specific needs throughout the process.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Generate 80% utilization per year
• Coordinate and perform the full lifecycle of a client launch such as Plan, Discover, Build, Test and Change Management Execution, ensuring compliance with UKG’s launch methodology
• Work directly with the UKG assigned Project Manager to ensure a uniform presence to customers
• Work directly with the customer’s project team to understand their business needs, provide best practice advice to ensure a successful launch of the Talent modules
• Learn the capabilities of all UKG Pro Talent Management software applications to properly and creatively utilize features to meet client needs
• Other duties as needed


Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
• Excellent positive customer service
• Strong oral and written skills
• Highly motivated and team-oriented
• Ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly
• Human Resource, Recruiting or Consulting background
• UKG Pro skills preferred
• 2-5 years product implementation experience preferred
• Understanding of web-based technology
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business, Computer Science or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered)
