UKG is seeking a highly energetic and experienced Solution Consultant who can utilize their UKG Pro product expertise to help customers better leverage and extend solutions to maximize and extend value. In this position, you will work together with the Executive Relationship Management Team who is responsible for deep, trusted advisor relationships with customer executive teams.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
• Focus on identifying customer product knowledge gaps to improve and maximize solutions.
• Provide possibilities to specific product usage challenges while understanding downstream impacts
• Identify additional growth opportunities for our customers
• Position solutions to extend business
• Utilize internal partners to provide customers the most up-to-date and accurate product information and solutions
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations
• Participate and/or lead in Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Manage internal and external customer expectations
• Provide solution training to the Executive Relationship Managers and/or customers

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience with UKG Pro Product(s), specifically UKG Pro Talent Solutions, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Coaching and Development, Learning and Employee Voice.
• Knowledge and experience with Human Resources best practices
• Excellent at driving difficult conversations in a positive direction, often with executives
• Flexible, dependable, and capable of operating at a high rate of delivery with little direction
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Creative, forward thinker with a growth mindset
• High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
• Excellent collaborator with internal teammates and extended teams

Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent presentation and influence skills with Executive audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to respond to questions on the fly
• Previous UKG Pro technical solutions experience
• Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong, demonstrated customer service acumen
