UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to implement UKGPro, our award-winning HRMS/Payroll offering. As a Systems Consultant, you will be part of a team responsible for the high-quality implementation of our core HRMS product. Our Systems Consultants are accountable for all phases of assigned customer HRMS/Payroll implementations. Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of payroll and human resource concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consultative product and subject matter expertise to client
• Coordinate and perform the phases of assigned projects following UKG’s implementation methodology (i.e. Business Analysis, Summary of Business Rule Requirements, System Configuration, Data Mapping, Parallel Testing, Live Processing, and Support Transition)
• Provide analytical and design expertise, system configuration, data mapping, testing, and client support of live payroll processing
• Meet project task milestones and due dates
• Track, manage and oversee resolution of open project issues/items in a timely manner


• At least 5 years experience implementing HRMS solutions
• Experience with UKGPro preferred
• Proven experience implementing projects with a high degree of quality and completeness
• Experience in a technically oriented customer service organization.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects under tight deadlines
• Strong analysis, change control, task management, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Industry Certifications from APA (FPC and CPP) and SHRM (PHR SPHR) preferred
