The Trust Operations Support Team is the customer facing team for Payment Services Trust Organization. In addition to responding to an array of customer questions and delivering proactive communication, Trust Operations Support is responsible for ensuring timely funding of liabilities for our customers, across multiple UKG products. We interact with customers via phone, email, or support case, and handle very highly escalated and special request circumstances. Trust Operations Support also participates in Quarter End and Year End activities. Trust Operations Support representatives also have oversight and ownership of a small book of customers who process on an exception basis; the representative owns the relationship and ensures timely processing of liabilities consistent with customers' on and off cycle processing.


1+ years of Tax / Payroll / Accounting / Banking experience
Customer facing experience is required- at least 2-3 years
Experience working with payroll tax filing systems
Strong analytical skills
A.A / A.S Degree / Business related certifications or equivalent work experience
Strong communication skills
Excels in a fast paced and evolving environment
Highly motivated and team oriented
**Must live in Eastern Standard Time Zone.
