Description

The Specialty Support Representative is responsible for a variety of operational tasks within the Customer Success organization. The Specialty Support Representative takes accountability for the customer funding process/function from beginning to end for multiple UKG products and services. The utilization of multiple company-based systems to record, edit and resolve issues is a standard in the processing, collecting, and servicing of all department specific products. The Specialty Support Representative will also be responsible for remediating and documenting department specific products.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to an array of customer funding related questions and deliver proactive communication while interacting with customers via phone, email, or support case
• Fulfill promises to internal and external customers 100% of the time or notify them of changes
• Collect, summarize, and analyze customer input, issues, or barriers. Report key trends to management
• Perform a variety of operational tasks from moderate to complex processes and functions related to funding, accounting, and reconciliation
• Work under the guidance of management to complete department requests within a timely fashion, exercising urgency in every instance
• Adhere to department guidelines and audit controls to ensure SLA is being met
• Special project(s) as directed by management

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience in banking, finance, accounting, payroll, customer service, or related fields.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• A.A / A.S Degree / Business-related certifications or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with payroll tax filing systems
• Strong background in customer-facing roles
• Ability to navigate multiple applications and computer systems
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment while prioritizing work and meeting department-assigned goals
• Strong analytical skills
