UKG is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and motivated individual to join our growing support team within the Print Shop. In this Specialty Support role, you will have a proven track record of being focused, operationally excellent, and a critical thinker that loves to leverage data, problem solve, and maintain relationships to effectively achieve their business goals and objectivesResponsibilities:
• Provides basic software and hardware support in all areas for the Print Shop Team.
• Uluro Application User Management
• First line of troubleshooting for FPS Applications
• Create Signature and Logos from supplied forms
• Set up New Accounts in multiple systems for print.
• Printer Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Sealer troubleshooting and maintenance.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:• Basic Understanding of Windows Computer Systems and related software applications
• Basic Understanding of Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
• BS/BA degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline; or equivalent experience & 0-2 years related work experience
• Able to work with minimal supervision while in a team environment.
