Description & Qualifications


The Specialty Support Representative will have an understanding of payroll, wage attachment, and payment processing. This position will demand strong organizational skills and attention to details. Working with a proven software solution, our Payment Services team will redefine how a top-quality Payment Service operates!

**The applicant must be able to work 3 days/week in our Santa Ana, California office**

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute assigned Garnishment processes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Resolve assigned Garnishment disbursement cases within SLA timeline.
• Assist internal and external customers with questions related to customer
• Garnishment disbursement transactions
• Other Special projects or tasks assigned by Management.


Basic Qualifications:
• 1-3 years Garnishment and/or Payroll experience
• Knowledge of interpreting, entering and paying withholding orders including, but not limited to garnishments, child supports, student loans, and federal and state tax levies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent analytical ability within a high transaction customer support environment
• Ability to work Overtime, which may be required during any calendar quarter

Preferred Qualifications:
• Must be able to manage assigned work in an organized, proactive and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as experienced in handling multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excels in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Looks for new and creative ways to solve problems or improve processes
• Associate’s degree or higher

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $33400 to $55000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
