Description & Qualifications


UKG is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and motivated individual to join our growing technical support team within our Print Shop Engineering-Support Team. In this Specialty Support Representative role, you will have a proven track record of being focused, operationally excellent, and a critical thinker that loves to leverage data, problem solve, and maintain relationships to achieve their business goals and objectives.

*** Must be able to work onsite Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm CST plus overtime when needed


• - Be a fast learner ready to leverage our technology, tools, and best practices to support the Print Shop
• - Provide basic software and computer hardware support for Print Shop Team.
• - Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Printers
• - Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Sealing Equipment
• - Manage the users for Uluro and other internal applications.
• - Work with general direction to resolve issues and provide solutions, with guidance in complex situations.
• - Provide initial support structure for our FPS Application system and work with the development team to troubleshoot issues.
• - Setup new customers in various systems
• - Create Signature and Logo files from submitted forms.


Basic Qualifications:
• - A minimum of 1-2 years related work experience
• - Basic understanding of hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
• - Must be proficient with and adopter of new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
• - BS/BA degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline
• - Be a motivated problem solver who can accurately document and communicate issues
• - Exceptional communication and follow up skills with a strong attention to detail
• - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
