Description: The Implementation Project Manager (PM) is a critical focal point for UKG EZCall customers. The PM manages all aspects and resources for EZCall projects and ensures timely, efficient, and successful implementations.
The PM interacts directly with UKG/Customer Leadership, Product Management, and various stakeholders to communicate milestone achievements, risks & challenges, and leads any crisis and/or change management discussions with project teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in the SOW process as required for customer projects as well as for Partner Consultant assignments
• Facilitate project discovery sessions with project stakeholders; Assist with data gathering process; Document customer success criteria
• Facilitate project kickoff calls, team introductions, define project cadence, and develop ongoing customer communication plans
• Lead reoccurring customer status and planning meetings; Maintain client expectations and communicate & publish project status to the project stakeholders
• Prepare & update assigned project resources with necessary project-related information, ensuring proper understanding of project requirements, roles & responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria
• Manage the project plan, issues list, and other supporting documents throughout the project in Monday.com; Document & track issues.
• Manage project scope; Work with stakeholders to resolve project and process issues in a timely manner
• Maintain adherence to UKG implementation methodologies and processes

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist with management of Application Consultant project assignments
• Contribute to development of new processes and tools to improve the performance and effectiveness of project management delivery
• Strive to evaluate and drive customer satisfaction; Ensure industry leading Customer Survey results
• Provide accurate forecasting for each month’s go-lives

Qualifications

• 5 plus years of project management work experience in a customer-facing enterprise software implementation/technical environment required
• Experience managing high volume and highly complex customer facing software implementation projects
• Strong leadership skills with ability to work as part of a project team as well as mentor others
• Strong analytical skills and experience scheduling, preparing presentations and status reports in addition to superb written and oral communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
• Broad knowledge of Healthcare industry and/or Scheduling Applications is a plus
• Experience in a SaaS environment a plus leading complex/strategic clients
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and PMP Certification a plus
