UKG is looking for a dedicated and driven Agile Coach to coach, mentor and guide leadership and their teams to follow the Lean Agile principles with a focus on predictability and continuous flow of work.
The role requires a person who can build strong relationships and is highly functional in a dynamic and challenging technical environment. You will guide cross functional teams in the execution of multiple development projects to increase development ROI and accelerate predictable delivery of mission-critical software.
The ideal candidate would have demonstrated in-depth expertise in agile to interpret internal and external obstacles and recommend the best solutions.
Primary/Essential Duties And Key Responsibilities
• Influence and educate at all levels of an organization and help implement recommended changes
• Conduct workshops on agile related topics.
• Provide training sessions and teach skills that lead towards organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies
• Provide team members with feedback and means of improvement and answering questions
• Use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency

** Please note that this position is out of our Weston FL office and requires for employees to come to the office - hybrid- 2-3x per week. However, additional locations include Lowell Ma, Alpharetta and Atlanta GA as well as Branchburg NJ.


• 5+ years of Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and/or Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
• Strong leader, educator, and coach
• An excellent communicator and motivator
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, drive results and problem solve
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should have solid understanding of Lean concepts.
• Should have experience in Agile projects and continuous flow of work
• Experience in agile related tools like JIRA and Actionable Analytics is preferred
