UKG is seeking an enthusiastic, consultative and motivated individual to join our growing inside sales / business development team. You will use multiple lead-generation tools, generate high quality sales leads via the phone, email and social. You will lead by example by holding conversations to establish needs, recommend solutions and set meetings for the field sales team.
The right person for this job will meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual call/appointment/opportunity goals. You will work side by side with marketing and sales management to constantly develop your skills and ensure you are always growing professionally and personally.

Qualifications

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Work in conjunction with all your assigned outside sales partners to solicit leads within their Target Accounts to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Identify high potential prospects and ensure they are well qualified leads, meeting key guidelines for a quality lead.
• Achieve annual assigned individual and team goals and support your outside sales team's productivity and performance, ensuring they achieve their assigned sales quota.
• Work under guidance of your Manager of Business Development Business Development Team Lead in partnership and collaboration with your Outside Sales team.
• Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in communication needed.
• Qualify and follow up on marketing qualified leads generated by marketing.
• Work with Field Sales Team to conduct account mapping, research and contact discovery for prospects and target accounts
• Track lead, opportunity, and account activity in Saleforce.com daily
• Provide accurate updates and forecasts of lead progression/status.
Required Qualifications:
• 2 years' experience in Business-to-Business sales
• Experience and proven success in lead generation
• Strong phone presence and high energy
• Must be able to uncover opportunities in an aggressive market by identifying customer requirements and providing recommendations/solutions
• Proficient in the use of Salesforce, Linkedin Navigator, Google G Suite and MicroSoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
• AAISP certification a plus
• Customer Service experience a plus
• Knowledge in the use of various social media & marketing tools helpful
• Sales Event Support
• Experience in Saas Solutions and professional services a plus
