Description & Requirements


This position is responsible for executing on enterprise process transformation projects, leading process discovery and design workshops as well as coaching process owners, measuring and reporting on process performance. Identifying department functions and helping to identify, design, build and deploy improvements.
Possesses the ability to use visual and mathematical models to describe each step in a process and the organization of work. Qualified candidates possess broad experience working with cross functional and cross Divisional teams to support projects. The candidate must have the ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions and the capability to synthesize technical and business requirements to assist our teams in improving their processes, services, and gain efficiency.


• 3+ year’s experience using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), preferably BPMN 2.0
• 5+ year’s experience working as a Business Analyst, writing requirements in a software company
• Strong analytical skills, LEAN Six Sigma, data analysis, and industry tools (SIPOC, VOC, Process Mapping, Process Requirements), and process engineering methodologies
• Knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, with an emphasis on requirements elicitation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization, including virtualization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, an aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with process modeling software (MS Visio, Lucid chart)
• Experience with Work management and productivity tools (e.g., AHA, JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
• Ability to guide stakeholders at all levels towards collectively achieving desired results
