The Business Process Analyst will engage as a process improvement subject matter expert to drive sustainable improvements in business performance in the UKG Pro Benefits Services organization at UKG.
This position assesses, designs, and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of business challenges. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, governance and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress. Performs cost and benefit analyses.


Required Qualifications/Skills:
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives/projects within a service organization
• Experience with coaching and training others in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
• Strong problem solver with the ability to discern the appropriate balance between speed of decision making and the need for analysis
• Experience using data analysis techniques to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
• Industry experience with HCM or benefits administration
• Experience with process automation, management, and improvement
• Project management experience

• Passion for helping others to succeed through teaching and coaching
• Eagerness to learn new areas of the business
• Bias to push forward when faced with ambiguity
• Takes pride in delivering on commitments

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Accounting, HR or other relevant discipline
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma certification
