We have an opportunity for a Gainsight Architect to join the UKG Customer Success team. You’ll be joining a team of talented, customer-centric professionals supporting a global customer success management team to help continuously drive business value for our customers. Our team fosters a culture of innovation, agility and collaboration.

In this role you will:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities and help design compelling and cohesive solutions aligned with the business needs and industry best practices
• Develop, manage and evolve the technical roadmap and solution architecture for the Gainsight platform and work in a consultative fashion making recommendations for continuous improvements
• Establish standards and practices for ongoing configuration, change and release management; manage Gainsight environments, drive introduction and adoption of new features; maintain data integrity and monitor system performance
• Produce solution design documents and supporting collateral which may be used by resources within Gainsight, IT or the customer success organization to support end users
• Recommend architecture, integrations with other platforms and data manipulation using Gainsight tools and logic (S3, API, Gainsight Rules Engine) considering best practices
• Responsible for Gainsight application configuration, including rules, reports, dashboards, Calls to Action, alerts, playbooks, health scores, surveys, emails, workflow, and relationships; manage support queue for break-fix/enhancement requests


• Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in business systems design/analysis
• 2-4+ years of Gainsight Administration experience
• 2-4+ years of experience including Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, change/release management
• Deep knowledge of Gainsight capabilities, best practices and limitations, and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders
• Strong demonstrated organizational, analytical and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail; applied understanding of agile development methodologies
• Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
• Experience integrating Gainsight/Salesforce, Oracle EBS and external data sources
• Certified Gainsight NXT Administrator is preferred
