Description

Empower customers to achieve user adoption utilizing organizational change management methodologies. Responsible for maintaining professional certification to provide industry standard change management consulting and establish customer credibility.

• Providing expert guidance in preparing for, managing, and reinforcing change.
• Activities include assessing and analyzing readiness for change, creating a compelling why for change, activating leadership, identifying behavior changes, assessing change risk, analyzing group impact, and managing resistance
• Develops and delivers detailed change management solutions such as engaging communications, training and reinforcement collateral leveraging HTML, animations, and interactive technologies
• Ability to effectively communicate and gain buy-in across the customer team including C-suite leaders
• Performance is typically evaluated based on delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours, MBOs or utilization. Includes project management activities such as strategic resource management (i.e., matching skills to project needs), effectively balancing team resources, interaction with company and customer managers and cost/schedule monitoring
• May monitor engagements to ensure milestone achievement and the execution of supporting financial transactions (invoices, forecasting, project cost estimating and proposal generation etc.)
• Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization

• 5 experience working in a consulting arena
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Bilingual in English and French - spoken and written required
