About the Team:
We are currently seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team as a key contributor supporting the development, implementation, and administration of UKG’s global compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with the strategic deployment of total rewards programs and processes through the development, implementation and administration of global compensation programs and policies in alignment with UKG’s compensation philosophy.
• Works closely with the HR Business Partners as tier 1 support as subject matter experts reviewing or making recommendations for all compensation related issues across the organization, ensuring alignment to UKG’s compensation philosophy.
• Prepare ad-hoc compensation analyses and partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation related matters such as offers, promotions, and internal transfers.
• Perform job evaluations for new, existing, or re-defined jobs to determine internal equity, grade assignments, exemption status, and eligibility for variable pay plans. May conduct benchmarking reviews for groups due to organization or business process changes.
• Assist in the administration of the annual compensation review cycle including managing timelines, auditing data, creating draft communications, supporting compensation planning system, etc.
• Assist in consulting on compensation related topics for defined business lines
• Maintain compensation data hygiene for assigned groups (may include data management/cleanup)

Qualifications

About You:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years of previous compensation or related analytical experience.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to manipulate and analyze data utilizing Excel (vlookup functions, pivot tables, graphing).
• Experience creating and maintaining salary structures
• Familiarity with Radford, Comptryx, and/or IPAS benchmarking surveys
• Familiarity with Global Career Framework

Preferred Qualifications:
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) desirable
• Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, innovative, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Pay Factors or other market pricing programs a plus
• High technology industry experience a plus.
• Effective collaboration, communication, and writing skills.
• Results driven, disciplined and demonstrates a sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $84,000 to $121,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $84000 to $121400 per year.
