Job Summary:
Primary focus will be working with the Director of CX Strategy to design, build and support the technology and operations for our CX strategy programs on the Qualtrics XM platform. This work will support our CX Strategy team’s VoC/VoE initiatives to drive customer experience efforts across all UKG business lines. Working with other CX Strategy Team members and IT & Engineering departments, you will focus on designing and implementing the technology behind our critical VoC/VoE efforts. You will help establish and maintain processes and tools to ensure our CX Strategy Team is able to deliver key insights and recommendations to our internal stakeholders at scale as we continue to evolve as an organization. You will be a critical technology expert providing configuration and technical services that directly enable the success of the organization’s CX strategy.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Is [or quickly become] an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform
• Utilize your experience and best practices to understand CX strategy requirements and communicate how the Qualtrics platform will address needs and enhance programs
• Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work involved; conduct risk planning, monitoring and mitigation, and reporting to stakeholders during project delivery
• Develop quality management plans and principles in collaboration with team members to ensure successful delivery and deployment of technology and supporting best practices. This includes working with other internal teams on data needs and transfer cadence and quality assurance processes.
• Navigate ambiguous scope to configure/build product components or full use cases working across multiple phases of delivery: requirements gathering, survey development, dashboard builds, Salesforce automations and API integrations
• Diagnose and solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment, leveraging internal network of resources
• Suggest modifications to program design based upon best practices and present solutions to emerging problems
• Show accountability for high-quality and on-time delivery of tasks and projects
• Work with our IT and Engineering teams to solve problems
• Continually adapt and develop in-depth product and organizational knowledge and learn new technologies
• Teach core team members and key stakeholders how to use existing and new aspects of the XM Platform and related use cases and solutions
• Form collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and team members
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of a measurement architecture and customer research program that drives a passion for metrics, quality, and cultivating an “outside-in” approach
• Function effectively in a high paced environment
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: (If a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification, otherwise it is preferred)
(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
• 3-5 years of experience administrating and managing working in Qualtrics XM Platform
• Significant experience in implementing and maintaining complex XM Platform capabilities, including those involving APIs, Salesforce integrations, and data warehouse integrations
• Outstanding problem solving and communication skills
• Demonstrate strong oral, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently to execute all tasks without day-to-day supervision
• Ability to also collaborate effectively with others in high-pressure situations and handle multiple tasks
• An insatiable intellectual curiosity combined with superior problem-definition and problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail and high personal standards for quality and thoroughness
• Working knowledge of databases (e.g. Google Cloud Platform) and using SQL to perform queries is a plus
• Working knowledge of PowerBI, Alteryx, and Cognos tools is a plus
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Javascript is a plus

(Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training)
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences or equivalent required.
• Qualtrics XM Certification is a plus, but not required
• CCXP is a plus, but not required
