Are you ready to drive an end to end talent management strategy that will help us scale for growth as well as ensure we have the right talent to lead UKG into the future? This role has primary accountability for the design, development, deployment, and measurement of talent management programs that facilitate enterprise-wide initiatives, inclusive of career pathing, succession planning, performance management, and workforce planning, while ensuring equity of opportunity is built into the design. The role will also lead operations and ensure a seamless and exceptional employee experience across all of the talent management initiatives through coordination across departments for alignment and deployment of programs.


Responsibilities:

Develop, recommend, and lead key strategic talent initiatives such as: external research, partner with internal systems owners in support of performance management, talent review discussions, succession planning & development and workforce planning.

In partnership with the BDE team, sets the vision for programs, practices, and processes that make a strategic connection between diversity equity and inclusion practices as it relates to the talent management and development strategy.

In partnership with Learning and Development, HRBPs and business stakeholders, design, implement and drive people strategies aligned with our desired key business outcomes and support organizational success and culture.

Conduct needs analysis and confer with management to assess talent supply, gaps and future skills to determine learning needs.

Drive employee experience through coordinated and intentional program sequencing, change management and design elements/platforms to drive cohesion and flow into everyday work

Support/collaborate with HR leadership team on Top Talent and senior leader professional development, career pathing, and succession planning.

Qualifications

10 + years of business experience, including but not limited to talent and development experience, D&I and delivery operations (experience with a large scale, global workforce preferred). Bachelor's Degree viewed favorably

Proven success driving a variety of people programs and processes (annual performance reviews cycles, calibration facilitation, internal mobility, etc.) from inception to delivery.

Strong eye for business and the ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives.

Ability to provide valued consultation, build partnerships, coach and influence senior leadership team, playing the role of trusted advisor.

High energy leadership skills with a focus on building high-performance teams that are continually improving.

Ability to establish relationships at all levels and geographies throughout the organization and cross-functionally; ability to support teams in multiple locations with travel as required.

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.

Employee focus mentality with exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.

Knowledge of the following: HCM software; Learning Management Systems; Talent Management Systems; Applicant Tracking System preferred.

Travel is 25%.

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $171k to $246k , however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188k to $270k per year.
