As an Employee Communications Strategist within UKG’s technology organization, you will have an exciting opportunity to connect our people to our strategy of becoming a world-class enterprise SaaS provider. This role is vital in building community across our global organization so that we can foster an engaged and high-performing culture.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Employees Communication team as well as stakeholders across the UKG technology organization to deliver compelling communications and programs that help employees understand our business, our strategy, and the importance of their role in reaching success. Our business is growing and we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, passionate about culture, and excited to transform our teams!

• Manage our global New Hire Orientation Program by articulating our business strategy and operations to new technology employees, building connections, and executing against all program logistics and communications.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across the technology organization to deliver communications for various strategic programs and initiatives that drive critical change for the team.
• Collaborate with the Employee Communications team to capture, organize, and communicate news, team successes, customer insights, and more throughout the year.
• Facilitate the communication of information with consistency across our channels (email, intranet, MS Teams/SharePoint), monitor metrics, and make recommendations.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of employee communications, marketing, or PR experience.
• Experience articulating a compelling story through communications; email, PPT, articles, etc.
• Comfortable delivering presentations and engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously with the flexibility to adapt.
• Innovative, out-of-the-box, critical thinker who is always looking for ways to continuously improve and connect our people to our strategy!
• Creative knowledge/experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
