This is an exciting and challenging role for a highly motivated, experienced manager to lead the Customer Base Sales Finance FP&A process. As part of the Sales Finance team, this position will report into the Customer Base VP Sales Finance and be responsible for overseeing the FP&A support for the Global Sales Organization at UKG for the Customer Base and International Sales Organization. Key responsibilities will include the following:

• Lead, manage, develop and mentor a team of 3-4 senior and lead analysts. Providing direction, support and empowerment in both day-to-day work and overall professional development.
• Project management to ensure key corporate financial deliverables are delivered accurately and timely.
• Responsible to drive the forecast and budget process for bookings, expense, headcount and capital including collaborating with New Logo Sales Finance and Corporate Finance on the UKG Sales consolidation.
• Develop strong partnerships with the VP Sales Finance, Director Sales Compensation and senior Sales leadership to influence and play a key role in Compensation Plan Design, practices and compensation strategy for CB Sales.
• Partner closely with the Commissions team to ensure alignment with forecasts, budgets and actual reporting and variance analysis.
• Ensure effective controls and compliance.
• Provide actionable reporting to the business which provide the right level of business insight in driving desired behavior in conjunction with Corporate financial objectives.
• Perform and oversee proactive analysis with Sales KPI’s and other Sales reporting.
• Serve as key Business Partner in supporting our Sales Leaders
• Prepare reporting and analysis to understand Sales and Financial performance and communicate results to Executive Leadership, highlighting trends as they are identified.
• Make and support recommendations to drive business in alignment with Company strategy; evaluate and analyze results of special incentive programs.
• Assist in developing new metrics that help drive business success
• Leverage resources and systems to gain automation and efficiency, allowing for increase in value-added analysis
• Be a key contributor from Finance in support of the IT systems roadmap
• Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline required; MBA a plus
• 8+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis; International FP&A or accounting is a plus
• Experience supporting Sales organizations, sales compensation plan design and practices is required.
• 2+ years of managerial experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
• Ability to summarize large volumes of complex data into clear actionable information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive data
• Exceptional business judgment, attention to detail and analytical/decision making skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities, staying accountable for high quality results
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Software, SaaS, or similar technology industry experience a plus
