Description
As part of the Revenue Operations & Analysis team, this position will report into the Sr. Manager, Finance and partner closely with the Principal Analyst on the team to support UKG’s quality of bookings.Key responsibilities include the following:
• Support Lead-to-Nurture (L2N) initiatives around data governance, definitions, system enhancements, primary testing lead, business requirements development, etc.
• Develop relationships across FP&A teams and the business to support knowledge development with L2N.
• SME on the working of the UKG consolidated bookings Alteryx Model and Power BI to ensure accuracy of data transformation and enrichment required to synthesize the story of Bookings.
o Responsible for data integrity in the model, including checks to ensure historical data hasn’t changed, adjustments are made according to our policies and procedures, etc.
o Working closely with Noida team members to make changes to the model that align with the needs to the business and IT.
o Work with IT to resolve EDW issues that cause incorrect booking metrics and recommend corrective actions to enable quality bookings data.
o Ensure deliverables across the teams support the closing timeline needs and are monitored through the closing process and communicated to key stakeholders.
o Develop dashboards in the BI for other functions to self-service, including how and when to use certain data, etc. (Teams such as Product Management, Business Development, etc.)
• Develop and recommend new metrics and insight-driven reporting that help drive business success.
• Supporting the review of deals >$250K to evaluate potential revenue leakage areas.
• Create dashboard reporting to provide visibility into the impact UKG’s Sales Empowerments have on “bookings to revenue” and “bookings to cash” metrics.
• Prepare reporting and detailed analysis to understand financial performance and communicate results to Executive Leadership, highlighting trends and identifying drivers.
• Respond to inquiries which may include conducting research, working with cross functional teams, and preparing related adjustments.
• Complete special projects, as requested.
Qualifications
About YouBasic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, MBA a plus
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to embrace technology & change. Understanding and working knowledge of Alteryx and Power BI.
• Ability to summarize large volumes of complex data into clear actionable information.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to think creatively, well-organized, solution unexpected issues and meeting deadlines.
• Well-organized and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
