UKG is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the TM1 IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) FP&A team, reporting directly to the Manager of FP&A. The position will partner with all members of the larger FP&A organization, providing business systems knowledge and consultative support to over 125 users. This analyst is expected to be an be a key player and active contributor with future system implementations, acquisition integrations, and other corporate strategic initiatives that impact TM1. Additionally, this analyst will be expected to have the financial aptitude to identify data errors in the multiple cubes of data.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert to the Finance organization (conducting training, identification and resolution of end user issues).

- Partner with cross functional teams in the design, development, testing and implementation activities relating to project deliverables.

- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

- Own monthly data loads of statistical and financial information in TM1 and analyze data accuracy.

- Partner with FP&A and functional business owners to ensure accurate security profiles.

- Load and maintain FX rates and other global corporate assumptions in TM1.


- Technical knowledge of TM1 Planning Analytics or other FP&A systems (Hyperion, OneSource, etc.)

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Thorough understanding of financial statements

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a combination of a financial systems or a financial analyst role

- Advanced experience analyzing financial reporting problems, developing strategies, and designing reporting solutions

- Experience in a fast-paced multi-project environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Information Technology preferred

- Highly organized and creative individual that can manage and collaborate to solve complex problems

- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
