We are looking for a bold, innovative, strategic individual to join Field Enablement within Expert Services. This is a group of highly experienced, driven resources chartered with ensuring the success of the Global Delivery Services team through mentorship, coaching, and product expertise. You will serve as a thought leader within the Professional Services Organization and run programs such as field support, tool innovation, process improvements, and enablement knowledge transfer.This role actively shapes the professional and personal development of the Global Services Delivery team. The goal is to empower the entire consulting team by providing the right level of support, coaching, and mentoring to ensure success in customer implementations. Having a people first mentality is critical to our success.
Responsibilities
The Expert Services team designs and implements value-based solutions to support Global Delivery Services consultants around the world. Your work will build upon our existing portfolio and create new ways for our Professional Services team to assist customers in realizing measurable return on their investment with us.
• Primary Expert Services functions are categorized as field support, methodology advising, project QA, enablement, project oversight, and serviceability advising.
• Tier 3 level expert product support via ServiceNow case management system
• Knowledge transfer sessions to drive content for Knowledgebase and future training courses
• Field support via second chair coaching role as part of our First Accounts Program
• Large initiative engagement to provide input and shape implementation tools/process development
• Implementation project QA checks via automation scripts
• Product release testing and enablement activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred• 5+ years of professional experience in a functional or technical role
• Expert level Dimensions product knowledge
• Expert level Integrated (Pro + Dimensions) project knowledge
• Baseline competency level of Pro product preferred
• Experience leading implementations and coaching 2nd chair resources
• Clear and concise in communicating information
• Must be consultative, organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsive
• Must be self-motivated and results-driven
• Stays current on all new product capabilities and understand how to use them
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
• Driven to present solutions, not just problems
• Flexibility to travel as needed up to 25%
