Description

This position requires technical ownership of the UKG EZCall integration process and associated tasks. The role requires the ability to apply technical knowledge, with integration and platform experience, to perform the integration phases of the UKG EZCall implementation process. It is expected that the individual in this role will also learn and understand how EZCall works and will be capable of serving and supporting both internal and external stakeholders with integration related questions. The position requires a constant focus on improving integration processes to best ensure efficient and successful implementations, and high customer satisfaction.

Day-to-Day responsibilities will include the following tasks:
• Works with clients at the start of implementation on technical integration efforts such as Single-Sign-On, Integration with Kronos Workforce Central or Dimensions, EHR case feeds and integration with other solutions.
• Performs technical integration activities related to data manipulation & transformation (ETL):

o Collects required data to perform analysis and to understand client schedule needs and basic rules
o Performs an upload of scrubbed data to create a baseline configuration
o Custom Reports, APIs

• Defines site architecture and secures internal sign-off to create a baseline configuration
• Serves as SME for all integration related activities including Implementations, Support, & Training
• Works closely with the engineering team to create new tools/processes for automating the upload
• Collaborates with the engineering team to improve existing services tools
• Assists with testing and successful deployment of integrations
• Helps with client schedule uploads during implementation and occasionally with support

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in client-facing roles
• Minimum of 2-4 Years’ experience in the implementation of software solutions (Experience in implementing web-based technologies preferred)
• Programming Experience in Java & Ruby is preferred
• Preferred skills & exposures include: SAML, SFTP, SQL, Scripting, ETL, Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Dimensions (WFD)
• Demonstrated ability to script & write code to automate & improve processes
• Ability to understand and explain technical & complex concepts
• Very strong skill level in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong Presentation Skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload while maintaining organization
• Interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, technical product knowledge, and strong attention to detail are critical
• Able to be self-sufficient/motivated but be able to work as part of a team
• Effective time management skills
