UKG’s Technology Learning and Growth (TLG) team is seeking a Learning Experience Designer who is passionate about providing high-quality content to help our technology employees thrive. As a Learning Experience Designer with TLG you will work with internal technology subject matter experts, leaders, and various employees to identify learning needs across the organization. You will create high-quality content that can be leveraged in in-person, virtual, and asynchronous platforms. You will seek new and creative ways to approach our internal learning content. The Learning Experience Designer will be someone who works creatively, effectively, efficiently, and passionately.

Technology Learning and Growth is a team of highly motivated, passionate, and innovative UKrewers continually working to create a better learning and growth experience for all UKrewers in the Technology & Innovation organization. The team has tackled efforts such as onboarding, skills growth assessments, asynchronous learning, technology training events, and more!

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a content creator, learning designer, or curriculum developer
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Master’s degree or other formal education in Learning, Instructional Design, Organization Behavior, or Organization Development is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop training that incorporates adult learning theories, visual learning design and interactive training techniques; must have experience with development in multiple modalities of instruction including instructor-led training (synchronous and asynchronous) and e-learning (including for mobile devices)
• Innovative and creative, adaptive and quick to learn
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions, and convey value
• Experience designing multimedia-based training or other visual design capability is a plus.
• Ability to build and effectively collaborate with a network of subject matter experts
• Experience in learning platforms like Pluralsight, O’Reilly, etc. is a plus
• Ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, manage multiple projects, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
• In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint are required. Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Connect, TechSmith Camtasia, Cornerstone On Demand and virtual learning environments is highly preferred.
