The Lead Learning Program Manager will assist in the strategy, design, and implementation of an effective employee learning experience program for Global Services employees. This role is responsible for designing, launching, improving, and evaluating the success of one to two learning programs or manages a portion of a larger scale program.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manages learning programs heavily focused on the employee learning experience
• Works with business partners to conduct training needs analysis to support key initiatives
• Collaborates with Global Services leadership teams in identifying training needs
• Contributes, where appropriate, to the identification of program effectiveness and efficiency and related measurement metrics
• Successfully meets deadlines and goals by pursuing activities with focus and drive
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned


• 3+ years of work experience in the Global Services organization and/or relevant experience
• Experience supporting organizations with high degree of complexity
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated individual
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to build strategies and action plans
