About the Team

The Value Stream Acceleration Services team (VSAS), part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into an enterprise SaaS product, with the goal of accelerating the delivery of value to customers. Our team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams are delivering maximum value. The team is committed to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.



About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Manager of Technical Program Management to join our team. In this role you are an integral part of a dynamic team leading and managing a team of program managers, providing guidance, mentoring, coaching, and support as needed to optimize delivery for our Value Stream based organization.





Responsibilities

Collaborate with EPIC Leaders to understand the strategic goals of the Value Stream and how and how to execute and deliver on them

Influence individuals across functional and organizational boundaries to drive business outcomes

Ensure the flow of key information from EPIC to Cross Functional teams – focus on holistic approach, scalability, and visibility

Provide Sr leadership with the right information at the right time to facilitate decision making

Continuously improving processes, tools, and best practices to deliver improved Collaboration and Operational Efficiency

Support the professional growth and development of a team of professionals, including identifying development opportunities, providing mentoring and coaching, and helping team members plan and achieve their career goals 

Lead by example to cultivate and maintain a culture built on teamwork, collaboration, and growth mindset

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in related field

At least 5-7 years leading a program / project management team and 10 + years of progam management experience.

Proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle, lean and agile practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong analytical and skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with product launches

Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office



Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional or SAFe certification

Experience with UKG Product Suites, or with other HCM Solutions (Human Capital Management)

Experience leading and motivating geographically dispersed teams

Experience with Enterprise office collaboration, product management and program/project management tools is a plus (Microsoft 365, Confluence, Power BI,

Aha!, Jira, Smartsheet)
