This position will help develop and implement communications tactics to drive awareness of Marketing programs for Sales, organizational culture, and leader effectiveness, with a focus on executive engagement, advocacy and visibility. In partnership with Marketing Executive Leadership, this person will craft communications for senior leaders, specifically the CMO and possibly other senior executives. This person must be a great writer and thinker, and a trusted advisor, who will work closely with internal business partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Marketing executive leadership to develop and present communications/messaging to internal and external business partners
• Partner and liaise across different teams internally to obtain information and resources to develop materials on behalf of leadership. Maintain frequent interaction with various internal teams to be up-to-date, think ahead, proactively plan senior executives’ communications.
• Support and collaborate on executive town halls and internal executive events, partnering with other communications specialists as needed.
• Meet regularly with Sales and internal busines partners to understand their initiatives as well as their needs, challenges, and requirements as it relates to Marketing support
• Assemble communications for Marketing leadership in order to drive awareness of the high-impact initiatives across Product, Support & Services, HR, Sales, and corporate strategy.
• Communicate and enable marketing teams on feedback from internal business partners to support continual refinement and improvement across all Marketing programs, activities, and processes
• Produce ongoing, tailored communications for various business segments related to new programs and resources across all of marketing, to support the acquisition of new customers
• Develop, track, and assess Sales Enablement KPIs and performance metrics
• Ensure executive communications messages are reaching people and are consistent with our purpose and values.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, English or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of communications and/or writing experience in corporate environments
• Experience creating Keynote-level and/or PowerPoint presentations
