As a Senior Principal Data Scientist, you have demonstrated strong leadership characteristics, a broad breadth of knowledge and experience in most data science domains, and you have a passion for solving business problems. In addition, you will:
• Partner with a cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver products and features which customers love
• Use disparate data sources to understand users and their behavior and leverage that insight to create a more effective workforce and a more equitable workplace.
• Provide wide breadth of data science knowledge and skills in building new AI solutions through all phases of development, from conceptualization all the way to productization and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in a quantitative field. PhD plus 4 years of experience / master’s degree plus 6 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with statistics, mathematical modeling, and/or machine learning, to build intelligent, data-driven solutions. And a proven track record of delivering those solutions into production.
• Substantial depth in multiple machine learning or AI subfields, including but not limited to regression, • classification, time-series analysis, deep learning, clustering, automated planning, active learning, NLP, HCI, etc.
• Experience leading data science in an organization, and experience successfully delivering on a research roadmap that had a transformative impact on the product.
• Key technology stack and tools we work with – Python, SQL, Spark, Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform
