Description & Qualifications

Description

We are looking for either an experienced Product Manager or engineering thought-leader who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. This role will be responsible for the creation and evangelization of visions and roadmaps for offerings across the entire Cloud portfolio. Our portfolio is a combination of technology offerings and operational services provided mostly to internal development teams. Some examples include managed database-as-a-service offerings and private cloud infrastructure, as well as building and operating production environments for our products. You will have to communicate effectively across the organization, encourage sound decision-making, and work with cross discipline engineering and product managers. Many of our offerings are based on operations and support models and will need guidance to become more product focused – anticipating the needs of consumers to provide a more intuitive experience of using our cloud products. Our offerings and primary consumers are very technical and will require a deep understanding of the offerings for technical discussions.

Demonstrably tailors the Cloud product plan and roadmap to the overall UKG strategy and product vision
Provides information to management by preparing metrics from the service usage and business value forecasts from roadmap execution
Analyzes product issues reported by users and escalated by the Support team in a timely manner
Educates the organization on the outcomes and successes that customers achieve with the offerings for both existing and new features
Always maintains a current state of the product with relevant metrics, benchmarks, and initiatives
Maintains continued awareness of industry changes in Cloud-centric technologies and how related legislation may impact our solutions
