This position will support a team currently located in San Francisco, CA

The Delivery Assurance Mgr is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring products, programs and inter-connected initiatives related to the program(s). This role will typically provide strategic guidance to teams, oversee the progress of various products/programs, prioritize activities and drive resolution with any issues that arise and ensure on time product roadmap delivery including organizational readiness. The goal is to ensure that all products/programs/projects deliver the desirable outcomes outlined by its stakeholders

The Delivery Assurance Mgr roles in Product will ensure the successful planning and execution of product feature development within one of our product domains, along with overseeing the subsequent rollout of new products and features. This will include managing dependencies within and across teams, as well as managing risks associated with feature delivery. The role requires a person who can buiId strong relationships and foster collaboration between Product and Engineering teams, with the ability to influence across functional boundaries across multiple organizational levels to drive results.

COACHING: DAM is the agile coach for the team(s)
DELIVERY: DAM is responsible for managing the execution of delivery including Release Readiness functions
COLLABORATION: DAM will drive resolution of issues, mitigate impediments and dependencies and drive decision making by bringing together the right people who can make decisions.
COMMUNICATION: DAM will facilitate agile ceremonies (daily standup, retrospectives, and planning activities) METRICS: DAM will track team metrics and progress on completing roadmap features

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• As a cross-functional liaison, coordinate multiple internal, external, and remote stakeholders to ensure relevant areas are engaged in programs
• Lead without authority by building key relationships and managing up
• Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to Product and Development teams and respective stakeholders including Sr. Leadership
• Lead, Drive and Facilitate discussions and effective meetings
• Define and execute initiatives from design to release, identifying resources and manage release readiness and implementation
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across domains
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies for domain programs
• Track and support timely delivery against domain objectives
• Monitor and report on program and domain progress to leadership and stakeholders
• Lead and Drive domain leaders to ensure roadmap capacity is identified
• Serves as the Agile Coach for the team(s)


Required Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• 5+ years experience in program or project management

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Agile and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
