Description & Qualifications


The Sales Data Quality Associate supports the overall Go-To-Market Sales mission by way of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data within Salesforce CRM. Specifically, this role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of sales account data in salesforce.


• Conduct in-depth internet research evaluating results and sources for accuracy and validity
• Verify Account records have accurate firmographic information
• Write recommendations for data changes based on research details and desired outcome
• Add accounts to Salesforce with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Research companies business operations and parent subsidiary relationships
• Use D&B Hoovers and other web sources to evaluate account accuracy
• Review Requests to change accounts, gain approvals where necessary and make required changes
• Following a strict code of ethics and protecting any confidential information at all times


We are looking for a combination of most of the following preferred qualifications, all are not required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of equivalent professional experience
• Solid Internet research techniques , able to glean information from various sources
• Adapts well to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in Excel , Word and Outlook
• Can articulate research findings in a clear manner
• Energetic, personable, and comfortable working alone or in a group
• Attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills
• Team-minded work ethic with the ability to work under limited supervision

Colorado and New York Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado & New York is $43,500 to $62,600, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
