Description & Qualifications


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Services Enablement Manager that will be responsible for delivering and facilitating Global Services role specific enablement programs. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful knowledge transfer and adoption for roles within our Global Services organization. You will deliver targeted enablement programs to equip our teams with an understanding and embodiment of their roles, UKG methodology, products, tools, and UKG values that enhance their ability to execute their functions and work with their teams efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized role specific enablement programs for the internal Global Services teams
• Collaborate with the Instructional Design team and provide input on the creation of enablement materials, including training, presentations, guides, tutorials, and exercises, that effectively communicate the synergy between UKG methodology and the use of our products.
• Conduct interactive and informative role-based programs that include training sessions, workshops, and webinars, focusing on enabling the Global Services teams to execute their roles effectively and ensure successful product deployment and support.
• Coordinate necessary preparation of logistics, materials and administrative planning to ensure a successful course delivery
• Continuously assess the training needs of Global Services and collaborate with the design team and release readiness team to update training materials as product features and industry practices evolve.
• Offer post-training support by addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and providing guidance on real-world scenarios.
• Gather feedback from training participants and leadership and use it to refine training content and delivery methods.
• Stay current with advancements in UKG methodologies, products, tools, and role based best practices to enhance the quality of training programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within Global Services

Additional Responsibilities may include:

• Provide product support via Salesforce case management system
• Facilitate forums to provide best practice, support, and role-based knowledge sharing to services teams, including but not limited to Pro, Pro WFM, Ready and related tools and processes/methodology.
• Provide the services organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help UKrewers deliver and support UKG products and methodology more effectively
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide SME level knowledge and guidance on creation, improvement, and field readiness of organizational initiatives


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Education, Learning or related field
• Proficient in English
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Product knowledge in at least one UKG product and integrated product/project knowledge
• Comprehensive understanding of UKG methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Stays current on all new product capabilities and understand how to use them
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse participants, including leadership, subject matter experts, and team members.
• Proficiency in utilizing training software and tools to deliver engaging and interactive training experiences.
• Adept at adapting training content to suit various learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• A collaborative and approachable demeanor that fosters teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
• Open to implementing and following new ideas in an evolving role.
• Ability to accommodate travel up to 25% for in-person training sessions when needed.
